Ms. Tipsukon Choungthong is a highly accomplished urban planner with over a decade of experience at the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA). She has been instrumental in leading Bangkok’s efforts to become a member of the UNESCO Creative City Network. Her expertise in community engagement and collaborative decision-making made her build strong partnerships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, resulting in numerous successfully implemented creative city projects that have contributed significantly to the development and enhancement of Bangkok’s cultural and creative industries.
