THE GERMAN-ITALIAN INTERSECTION FOR CONTEMPORARY OBJECTS.
Bottone (Ital. = button) is the intersection between German and Italian design and has dedicated itself to the production of high quality furniture and contemporary objects. The brand is based in Berlin and was founded by the two brothers Michele and Daniele Luciano Ferrazzano. Having produced music together since the ‘90s, they share a long artistic history that is reflected in their versatile brand identity today.
Under the creative direction of Daniele Luciano Ferrazzano and the leadership of brand director Michele Ferrazzano, Bottone will launch 8 products, with Daniele Luciano Ferrazzano designing 5 of them. The debut collection will feature emerging designers such as Haus Otto, Simon Busse, and Artur De Menezes
Drawing influences from Italian postmodernism to Bauhaus, Bottone finds inspiration in both pop culture and craftsmanship. This results in designs that blur the boundaries between design, craft, and culture, each becoming a unique artifact telling its individual story.
Bottone offered a sneak peek into its brand identity and creative process with the first event and exhibition at VooSpace Berlin, preceding the official launch in Milan 2024. The inaugural furniture and object collection was introduced at Salone del Mobile 2024 in Milan. During Berlin Design Week 2024, Bottone will unveil its own showroom in Berlin Mitte.
