Your venue as a Design Space

Do you have a space in Berlin that suits Berlin Design Week? As a Design Space, you offer it to exhibitors on fair special terms and become part of “What’s Your Code_?” from 22 to 27 April 2027.

• Visibility: Your venue is listed in the Design Space directory with a profile, images and contact details. Programme items at your venue appear in the programme, on the festival map and in the catalogue (5,000 copies).
• Audience: Around 14,000 visitors came to BDW in 2026, among them clients, studios, trade press and universities.
• A programme without extra effort: Exhibitors bring their own content, set-up and staffing.
• Direct contact: Exhibitors send their enquiries straight to you. You agree terms and arrangements directly with them. BDW participation fees are paid by the exhibitors.
  

How it works: fill in the form, we review your details and get back to you within one week. Once approved, your venue appears in the directory. Exhibitors upload their programme by 28 February 2027.
