Future of Work – Beyond the New Normal

Affected companies are going through an enormous transformation in the world of work and are asking themselves how they can sustainably attract new talents, retain and promote existing employees. The world of work has changed even more, especially after Corona, and requires cultural rethinking, creative solutions and purpose. The Corona pandemic has brought a paradigm shift in the world of work and how we as community can become role models and act responsibly. In the context of creating human-centred organizations complemented with designing a social, future-oriented and sustainable system, we would like to draw the attention on the comprehensive topic of ESG (Environment-Social-Governance) that is significantly impacting the decision-making processes. Stake- and shareholders are increasingly demanding for accessible information and transparent standards adhering and complying with ESG. Within this discourse, we would like to exchange these impulses and explore on the respective future of work trends with high-calibre consultants and participants from multinational corporates, higher education and a global non-profit association.
