As part of the ‘Berlin Design Week 2024’, Miele and the VDID (Verband Deutscher Industrie Designer e.V.) invite you to a lecture and discussion at the Miele Experience Centre ‘Unter den Linden’.
Jan-Erik Baars (‘Leading Design’) will report on his latest work (Customer Centricity Score) and how it is possible to measure the success of a customer-centric approach in the development process.
Andreas Enslin, Vice President Design at Miele, explains why he believes that the role of design in the development of analogue and digital products will change: why (AI) solutions – and how they can be developed in a customer-centric way.
Two presentations and a subsequent discussion round with the audience will explain how customer centricity can succeed and how design can play a leading role here if it is given the right conditions.
