Each vase is original, individually – made, unique piece created by the Prague female artist Petra Svejdarova in cooperation with Klara Vaculikova. Key focus is the glass and crystal waste-material that appears to the artist too appealing to be damned for destroyal as waste. Be it a bottle or jar with a special story, old glass chandelier or crystal waste from Bohemian crystal prime producers, it finds its way to the artist’s attention and becomes part of her creations. After the glass is cut, cracked or shattered, it is combined with stone base and cement. The result are very raw objects containing the karma and the story of the material that want to point to the Earth/stone origin of it all.
