Milestones of the work to date include the model residential building Samer Mösl in Salzburg, which was the largest wooden storey residential building in passive house construction in Austria at the time of completion in 2006, the Hallein senior citizens’ residential building with 136 rooms in prefabricated wooden room cell construction, the Hummelkaserne residential building in Graz, with six floors the highest wooden residential building in Austria, as well as the Kulturkraftwerk oh456, Thalgau, an architecture laboratory to try out creative things. Many other municipal and commercial projects in wood have been implemented so far. Numerous awards honor the innovative and sustainable buildings: e.g. several timber construction prizes, the state architecture prize of the state of Styria and the Austrian state prizes for consulting as well as architecture and sustainability. The latter was awarded to the office for the second time in 2017.
