Waste = Material Metals & Glass are infinitely recyclable materials, and their qualities remain the same after each recycling process, thereby making them highly adaptable and resilient materials. Glass and metals used in the construction industry are often seen as luxury building materials. The exhibition aims to reveal the flexible nature and playfulness of these materials through techniques such as pressing metals and 3D printing glass. In this WAMA series, industrial ventilation pipes are transformed into vases and glass waste is melted down into wearable jewellery.
