The four-day programme from May 28 to 31, 2026, comprises several formats: Berlin Design Nights opens the festival on May 28, followed by The Berlin Format on May 29. The Design Pool rounds off the programme on May 30 and 31.
Also new is the Design Hub Partner programme: showrooms, studios and unique locations across Berlin open their doors, offering participants curated spaces at special rates – from AMTSALON in a former courthouse to PLATTE.BERLIN.
“The partnership with designboom is a significant step for the international visibility of Berlin Design Week,” says Festival Director Alexandra Klatt. “Together with our Design Hub Partners, we are creating a festival that involves the entire city.”
