From first sketch to realization: At the Berlin office, HENN takes you on a journey throughout all stages of architectural design. Informal guided tours, conversation, and interactive presentations give our guests the chance to fully engage with the development process of various current projects across different typologies.
The highlight of the evening is the launch of a science-based, open-access digital tool that calculates an individual carbon budget for any building project within Europe. Based on just three inputs – location, year of completion, and area – CarbonBudget determines whether a project’s carbon emissions – both embodied and operational – align with the global 1.5 °C target set by the Paris Agreement and instantly visualizes the result.
