At this year’s Open Studio Night, we invite visitors to join us for an open format Show & Tell–style presentation featuring four of our current projects—two from Germany and two international. Each project will have a dedicated station in our studio, where you can hear directly from the architects and designers behind the work.
We believe this science fair–like format offers an insightful look into how each project was conceptualized and developed, highlighting the full design process—from initial renderings to material selection.
In the museums designed by RAA, stories become spatial experiences. Through immersive scenography—combining interactive media, graphics, light, sound, and exhibition design —museums are shaped as social spaces where knowledge, dialogue, and participation can unfold.
Visitors are invited to explore different times, environments, and perspectives, discovering unfamiliar themes and gaining new ways of understanding the world around them. By creating inclusive environments, RAA’s projects highlight the social relevance of museums as places that foster exchange, strengthen democratic values, and bring people together.
RAA designs award-winning museums, exhibitions, memorials, and visitor centers that translate complex topics—from natural sciences to cultural and social history, from sport and music to art—into engaging spatial narratives.
Since 2012, RAA has been present in Berlin, beside the offices in London, New York, and Beijing.
