The exhibition consists of 18 individual exhibitions and presents the diversity of modern design trends represented by the degree programme.
The innovative possibilities of digital media and technologies take centre stage. Topics such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, holography and physical computing show how technical developments are transforming design work and opening up new perspectives.
Visual storytelling, logo design and the design for the university election campaign demonstrate the versatility of communication design and its importance for different target groups.
With inclusive communication design, the exhibition also shows how socially-orientated approaches can be integrated into design practice. Interactive experiments and media scenography invite visitors to enter into a dialogue with the exhibited works and discover the interfaces between technology and design.
The range of topics is rounded off by projects in the areas of service and information design. Film, photography and risography complete the spectrum of the degree programme.
The overall exhibition invites visitors to experience the future of communication design at the interface of technology, art and society and combines experimental and interdisciplinary approaches.
